Shantala Massage is so much more than  a baby massage. It is a practice that opens the heart, for the parent and for the baby.

This ancient technique comes from India and was dicyminated to the west by Dr Frederick Leboyer back in the 70s.

Staring at our babies is so natural, all mamals do it. We smell them, touch them, and look at them instinctively. Shantala massage is another plus when considering our senses towards our babies. It unifies and optimizes the senses. As we explore the baby]s body in details during the massage we get more confident about our capacity to trasmit healing and well-being to our baby.

Babies are most welcome to attend!

We do practice on dolls before giving the baby the Shantala massage, giving time for them to feel safe and relaxed to recieve the massage. I encourage the mothers to shooth, feed or nappy change their babies at any time.

If you are pregnant and feels that now is the best moment to learn and dive into it, that`s also fantastic!!
